Refund and Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans may change. Please review our refund and cancellation terms below.

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.
• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session or no-shows are non-refundable.
• For essay reviews or written deliverables, refunds are not available once work has commenced.
• Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.
