Hi, I'm Sheeba Bhatnagar

"Helping students cut through the noise, find their direction, and go after the careers they actually want."

I didn't take a straight path myself — my career went through law, publishing, corporate communications, and coaching before I found my calling here. That zigzag is exactly why I'm good at this. I know what it feels like to be unsure, to not have it all figured out, and to need someone to think it through with you honestly.

I work with students from Grade 8 through college, helping them understand who they are before deciding what to do — using a globally-recognised personality and career interest assessment that goes beyond gut feeling.
