We collect your name and email address when you create an account. If you purchase the Career Assessment, we also collect your UPI ID for payment verification purposes only. Assessment responses and results are stored to generate your report and enable your counselling session.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used solely to provide GrowthTrack's counselling and assessment services — to communicate with you about your assessment, deliver your results, and schedule your counselling session. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties.
3. Data Storage
Your data is stored securely on our server. Assessment results and account information are retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time by emailing us.
4. Confidentiality
All counselling sessions and assessment results are strictly confidential. Information shared in sessions will not be disclosed to any third party without your explicit consent, except where required by law.
5. Cookies
We use a session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
