Bookings and Payments
- All sessions must be booked in advance and paid for in full.
- Payments can be made via approved online or bank methods.
- Your booking is confirmed only after payment is received.

All information shared during sessions is kept strictly confidential, except where disclosure is required by law.
Disclaimer

Refund and Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans may change. Please review our refund and cancellation terms below.
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session or no-shows are non-refundable.
- For essay reviews or written deliverables, refunds are not available once work has commenced.
- Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.
